'Responsible for Information' for SMEs

Free Government e-learning course available now

 

'Responsible for Information' is a free e-learning course aimed at staff in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

This Government course, available online now, is designed to help employees and business owners understand information security and associated risks, providing good practice examples and an introduction to protection against fraud and cyber-crime.

The course is divided into three modules:

  •  General users Information Asset and Information Risk Owners

  • Information Asset and Information Risk Owners

  •  Directors and Business Owners.

    Each module includes role-specific content. It takes between 45 - 75 minutes to complete a course, depending on the module being taken. All modules conclude with an assessment to test the user's understanding.
