Party time for Amethyst

Amethyst staff enjoyed a (very belated) Christmas party at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower on Saturday (14 May) – and it was worth the wait.

After drinks in the five-star London hotel we enjoyed a three course dinner, starting with Miso glazed salmon wrapped in a bamboo leaf with cucumber and watermelon salad, then a main course of breast of corn-fed chicken, asparagus and ricotta filled gnocchi, niçoise vegetables and sweet balsamic jus, followed by rhubarb Eton mess with Pimm’s jelly and mini macaroons.

For those with any room left there were delicious petit fours to go with tea and coffee afterwards.
