Harvey Mattinson

In 2007 after a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, Harvey Mattinson joined the Board of Amethyst as a non-executive Director. Prior to retirement he was Head of Assurance Policy and Standards in the Cabinet Office. He is highly respected throughout the Information Assurance world.

Rear Admiral Rees Ward

On retiring from the Royal Navy after a long and distinguished career, Rear Admiral Rees Ward has taken up a post as CEO of the new trade association, Aerospace, Defence & Security (ADS), and is Vice-Chair of the UK Security & Resilience Council.  In addition, Rees has also joined Amethyst’s Board as a non-executive Director and will be providing strategic advice and direction for our growing business ventures. His knowledge of both defence and commercial sectors will be the perfect partnership for this small dynamic SME.
