Quality Policy and Objectives

Amethyst recognises the need to work to documented processes to ensure we meet our quality objectives and to this end, we are committed to maintaining a quality management system that not only meets the needs of the company and its customers but is also compliant with ISO 9001: 2015.

Amethyst’s objective is to continue to operate successfully and profitably by providing a high-quality service to all of our clients, as well as providing rewards to staff in terms of job satisfaction, career opportunities and remuneration.  Amethyst has a culture of continuous improvement where quality is paramount.  With this in mind, the company’s key objectives are :

  • Customer Focus:

  • Provide high quality services to fully satisfy our customer requirements

  • To deliver on time and to budget with the emphasis on customer satisfaction

  • Effective use of resources to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Customer loyalty leading to repeat business

  • Processes:

  • To continually improve our processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction and focused approach.

  • Communication:

  • Good communication both internally and externally

  • To answer any customer complaints in a timely manner.

  • Leadership

  • Management take an active part in ensuring the QMS is implemented and understood, with a view to continuous improvement

  • Ensure staff training needs are reviewed to meet customer requirements

  • Staff understand and are motivated to achieve the goals and objectives.

Operating procedures shall be established to co-ordinate and control activities necessary to achieve and maintain the quality objectives.

Amethyst communicates the Quality Manual and objectives throughout the organisation to ensure it is understood and implemented by all staff.

The Quality Policy is a live document and reviewed by Management as required, at least annually.
